Dr. Susannah Melville
Consultant Systemic Psychotherapist
I am a consultant systemic psychotherapist and I have worked in mental health services since 2000. Initially working as a psychiatric nurse in the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board before retraining to become and work as a systemic psychotherapist in 2011. In addition to this I have completed a professional doctorate, through submitting an individual thesis. My thesis considered a range of perspectives about the mind/body relationship including consideration of the implications of mind/body ‘separation’ in contemporary health care.
